Terraced Living: Residential Complex in Kifisia
This proposal for a residential development in Kifisia is organized as a sequence of stepped volumes that mediate between the scale of the street and the domestic character of the neighborhood.
Set back from the public realm, the buildings frame a central landscaped stair, creating a gradual transition from city to home. Material restraint, deep balconies, and planted terraces establish a calm, contemporary living environment rooted in the garden-suburb identity of Kifisia.
