A Glass Retreat in Parnassus

Designed as a refuge in the forest, this guest house uses transparency and light to create an intimate dialogue between architecture and the landscape of Mount Parnassus.

Set on the slopes of Mount Parnassus, this guest house is designed as a light-filled refuge immersed in the forest. The shared living spaces occupy the upper level, while the bedrooms are placed below, allowing the main floor to fully engage with the view. Generous glazing defines the architecture, dissolving the boundary between inside and outside and framing the surrounding landscape as a living backdrop. The house becomes both shelter and observatory, shaped by light, transparency, and the changing beauty of the mountain setting.
