Situated in the urban core of Athens, this office building offers quiet monumentality, an architecture of restraint, reflection, and civic dignity.

Its vertical apertures and cantilevered massing choreograph light and shadow, while the wet ground plane becomes a mirror for the city’s temporal moods. The project reclaims the office as a contemplative space within the metropolitan flux.
