This residential proposal inscribes itself within the layered narrative of central Athens, where modernist restraint meets vernacular echoes.
Through vegetal balconies, tactile surfaces, and calibrated voids, the architecture fosters a quiet coexistence of memory and renewal, an urban palimpsest attuned to the rhythms of civic life.
