Rooted in the spatial ethos of modernism and attuned to the elemental rhythms of Zakynthos, this residential development reimagines domestic architecture as a layered dialogue between geometry, privacy, and landscape.
The composition unfolds in modular terraces, where vertical timber screens and horizontal railings orchestrate light and shadow across generous balconies. Embracing the slope of the terrain, the ensemble integrates with its natural context while asserting a refined urban presence. It is a study in restraint and resonance—where the legacy of modernist clarity meets the Mediterranean’s tactile warmth.
