Urban Halo: Hotel as Public Gesture

Suspended like a luminous veil above Athens’ most storied square, the hotel reimagines hospitality as a civic gesture—an urban halo that shelters, invites, and reframes the rhythms of Omonia.

Its perforated canopy, tinted in hues of dawn and dusk, floats above the city’s pulse, offering both spectacle and sanctuary. Beneath its undulating form, the architecture choreographs movement, gathering locals and travellers into a shared spatial narrative. This is not merely a place to stay—it is a place to pause, to witness, and to belong.
